We're excited to share some fantastic updates about our widget - the main interface for your customers to interact with Dluxchat!
We've completely overhauled the widget's appearance, introducing a fresh design, consistent size, and unified background color. These changes will provide a more polished look to your widget! π¨

This update aims to enhance the visual appeal and interactivity of the user experience.
Here's a brief overview of what's new:
Logo
To personalize the widget to better reflect your brand, we now provide support for adding your own business logo.

Access the "Look and Feel" section to modify your logo settings.
Agent Profile Pictures
Incorporating a more human touch, agents can now display a profile picture! πΌοΈ

Access "Agent Identity" to upload your agent profile picture.
Quick Replies
To swiftly address customer queries, the widget now features "Quick Replies," greatly streamlining conversations! β‘

Access the "Quick Reply Editor" to create your own quick replies.
Conversational Reset
A conveniently located conversation reset button now includes a double-check feature to prevent accidental conversation resets.

Access the "Reset Chat" page to configure additional conversation reset settings.
Right to Left Language Support
We're broadening our scope! The widget now seamlessly supports right-to-left languages! π

Access the "Look and Feel" section to switch the text direction between left-to-right or right-to-left.
Realistic Thinking Bubble
We've added a "thinking" pause to simulate the agent's thought process.

This pause dynamically adjusts based on the message length, adding a touch of realism to interactions.
To toggle between realistic and robotic thinking bubbles, navigate to Widget Behavior Settings.
Conversational GDPR
To better serve our EU customers, we've seamlessly integrated GDPR compliance requirements into our conversations!

Our GDPR compliance is now integrated into the conversation flow. This means that when a visitor sends the first message, GDPR compliance will be activated and become part of the conversation.
You can adjust GDPR settings in the GDPR Settings section.
Quick Reply Only Experience
If you prefer to use quick replies exclusively in your conversations, now you have the option to do so with added support!

You can set up the input field to remain disabled, compelling users to solely use the quick reply buttons!
Enable the quick-reply experience by deactivating the message input in Widget Behavior Settings.
Widget Browser
We've integrated a browser directly into the widget, enabling highly interactive datasets like calendars and URLs to load directly within the widget interface!
