This capability proves particularly beneficial when catering to a diverse clientele.

To establish your Agent's language preference, just follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the following link: . This will directly lead you to the Agent's Language Settings section.

  2. Within this section, you'll encounter two modes: "Speak all languages" and "Speak one language."

Now, let's dissect the functionality of each mode:

Speak all languages

Opting for this mode enables your Agent to become multilingual, capable of understanding and responding in any language it encounters. This means whether your customer speaks French, Spanish, Mandarin, or any other language, our Agent is fully equipped to assist! 🌎

Speak one language

In certain scenarios, you might prefer to limit the Agent to a single language, especially if your primary audience predominantly speaks Spanish. In such instances, you can switch to this mode and select the desired language from the dropdown menu provided.

Once set, your Agent will exclusively respond in the chosen language, irrespective of the language used by your visitors.

Setting language preferences for your Dluxchat Agent is as straightforward as that!

Remember, your Agent is here to assist you in running your business smoothly, and we do it with flair - in any language you prefer! 😉
