Now, what exactly is human takeover? It's a nifty feature that activates when your visitor seeks to connect with a human representative from your business.

To access it, just click on this .

Now, when human takeover is activated, there are several modes of action. Let's explore each one individually:

Redirect to URL

This mode redirects your visitor to a specific URL when the human takeover signal lights up.

Suggest Email Address

Maybe you prefer your visitor to contact you via email instead?

No worries - simply enter the email address where you'd like to direct them, and voilà! When the human takeover signal is triggered, the agent will recommend that the visitor contacts the provided email address.

Run Code

Having the capability to execute code when the human takeover signal is activated provides even greater flexibility.

For instance, you could configure it to embed a live chat feature on your website. This means whenever a visitor requests human support, Dluxchat will execute your code and display a live chat widget for instant communication!

Similar to the 'Redirect to URL' option, you can also set a delay before the code executes and provide an explanation of its purpose.

So, if your code activates your live chat widget and you describe it as "a live chat where the agent is waiting to talk," then the agent will inform your visitor, "Please stand by while I bring up our live chat widget. Our agent can't wait to talk to you." 😎

Disabled

Exactly. If you prefer not to utilize human takeover, you can easily disable it. In such cases, if anyone requests to speak to a human, the agent will politely explain that it's unable to facilitate that connection.
