Setting Rate Limits

I see you're interested in setting rate limits for your Dluxchat agent. Let's dive into it! 😊

In Dluxchat, you can set rate limits for each of your agents. This feature allows you to control the daily communication quota for your agent, keeping your costs in check!

Curious to learn how to set it up? It's a breeze! Simply follow these steps: Navigate to the Rate Limits settings by clicking on this link:

Upon arrival, you'll notice there are two modes available for selection:

No Limit

In this mode, your agent is quite chatty and always ready to interact! They'll engage with every visitor they encounter, which is especially beneficial for highly active websites!

Daily Token Limit

Here, you determine the chat limit for an agent. You specify the maximum number of tokens (think of tokens as a 'word budget') that the agent can utilize in a day.

πŸ’‘Tip: There's also a useful "Fallback Message" feature. This message is sent by your agent if they exhaust their tokens for the day.

For example, "Sorry, I've reached my chat limit for today 😞. But don't worry, I'll be back tomorrow, refreshed and ready to chat!"

Hope this clarifies things for you!

Keep in mind, whether your question is small or large, feel free to ask anything!
