Train your Agent with a Knowledge Base

Training your agent using your Knowledge Base is straightforward! Here's the process.

Step 1

Head over to the Knowledge Hub. You can reach it by clicking on this .

Step 2

Upon arrival, locate the website button in the 'Realtime Training' section. Go ahead and click on it.

Step 3

You'll need to enter the sitemap of your Knowledge Base.

Bear in mind that our dataset operates in real time and needs an accurately formatted sitemap to work properly.

If the sitemap is not correctly formatted, an error message may appear, providing suggestions for how to rectify the issue.

Once you click on create, you can simply relax. Our system will handle the task of downloading and integrating the Knowledge Base into your agent's database.

This ensures that your agent remains informed with the most recent updates from your Knowledge Base.
