Train your Agent with Websites

Training your agent using websites is incredibly easy. Here's the process.

Step 1

Go to the Knowledge Hub. You can get there by clicking on the provided.

Step 2

When you arrive, find the website button under the 'Realtime Training' section. Feel free to click on it.

Step 3

You'll have to enter the sitemap of your website.

Keep in mind that our website dataset operates in real-time and needs a correctly formatted sitemap to work effectively.

Should your sitemap be improperly formatted, you may encounter an error message offering suggestions for correction.

Once you've hit the create button, you can just relax. Our system will handle the task of downloading and incorporating the website into your agent's knowledge base, ensuring your agent remains informed with the most current information from your website.
