Welcome to our Chatbot Manager!

This is where you take charge and oversee all your existing chatbot widgets. But don't fret if you're just starting out and don't have any yet—I'll guide you through your journey.

You can access the Chatbot Manager within the Dluxchat dashboard, or simply by clicking on this link.

Your journey kicks off with creating your first chatbot, which you can do by clicking "Create new."

When you do this, you'll be prompted to specify a name. The name itself isn't overly critical; it's mainly for organizing your chatbots within your account. So feel free to be creative with it!

But what if you already have a chatbot and wish to create a new one with the same settings?

I'm glad you asked! In Dluxchat, you can simply duplicate an existing chatbot.

This will save you a lot of time if you're looking to create a similar chatbot to ones you already have.

And lastly, if for any reason you decide you no longer want a specific chatbot (it happens, and it's totally okay 🌈), you can easily delete it from the Chatbot Manager.

That's it – managing your Chatbot Army has never been simpler.
