Creating an Agent

Ready to kick off your journey by creating an agent on Dluxchat?

When you access the Dluxchat dashboard, look for a section titled "My Agents."

From this point, it's quite simple. Just find and click the Create button located at the top of your screen.

Once you click the Create button, a new window will appear, prompting you to enter the name of your agent:

Click Create once more, and there you have it! Your new agent will be activated in your workspace.

Your new agent is now prepared to get acquainted with your business and begin engaging with visitors on your website.

However, keep in mind that your agent is akin to a newborn; it requires guidance and teaching. You'll need to educate your agent using our Knowledge Hub. We'll delve into more details on that later.
