Consider the Knowledge Hub as the brain of your agent - every piece of information it possesses stems from here.
Accessing the Knowledge Hub is a breeze. Just click on the provided , and you're all set!
Now, it's crucial to understand that each of your agents possesses its own distinct Knowledge Hub. This enables you to tailor each one according to its specific role.
Upon entry, you'll encounter three data sets:
Realtime
One-time
Interactive
The Realtime data sets act as live connections. Any edits made to these data sets directly from their source will automatically synchronize with your agent.
For example, if you integrate a Google Sheet, this guarantees that the information in the sheet stays updated with your Agent, even if you make further edits to the Google Sheet later on.
As the name implies, these data sets are intended for one-time utilization in agent training; they do not offer real-time updates.
For instance, if you possess a PDF file or a Word document on your computer, you can upload it, and the agent can undergo training utilizing the data from that document.
Last but not least, we have the Interactive data sets. These are exceptionally distinct and empower your agent to seamlessly integrate pictures, videos, and more directly into a conversation. This feature proves incredibly useful when assisting a user.
Here's how it functions: you upload an image and provide a description of its contents. This description equips the Agent with the capability to comprehend the image's content, enabling its use in responses.
Once you're prepared and confident with the Knowledge Hub, you'll observe various data set types available for creation in your agent's toolkit.
Selecting each option will prompt a dialog box to appear, requesting you to either insert or upload your data. For example, when choosing Google Sheet, you'll be prompted to provide the URL.
Below these options, you'll encounter a feed displaying all the datasets you've included. Each item is color-coded and distinctly labeled for easy reference, providing details about its data type and the time of its last synchronization.
To sum it up, that's essentially what the Knowledge Hub entails. Remember, the key is to regularly maintain your data sets to ensure your agent remains well-equipped with the information necessary to assist your users effectively!
Continue to learn, keep exploring! 😄
