I am delighted to unveil our most significant update yet - a complete overhaul of the Dluxchat experience.

We've implemented some thrilling changes that will revolutionize your interactions with and utilization of our platform. Let's delve into the details!

A New Era: Agents

The traditional Knowledge Hub + Chatbot setup has been revamped. Now, every Agent is equipped with its own Knowledge Hub, seamlessly linkable to a Chatbot widget.

This updated integration promises a smoother and more intuitive user experience, enhancing the natural flow and usability of Dluxchat.

What’s New? Prepare to Be Wowed!

Prepare for an extensive yet thrilling array of enhancements:

-Agent Creation and Training: Introduce your new virtual team members. Customize their personalities, enrich them with knowledge, and seamlessly integrate them with Chatbot widgets.

-Real-Time Sync: Bid farewell to manual updates! Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Websites now synchronize automatically with your Agent's Knowledge Hub in real-time.

-Expanded Knowledge Hub Imports: Import Google Sheets, Videos, CSV files, and any DOC/DOCX files with ease.

-Revamped Vision Feature: Visions are now called Pictures, and all glitches have been resolved. Say goodbye to broken images!

-Video Integration: Incorporate videos into your training data alongside pictures and links for a more interactive experience.

-Tabular Data Support: Utilize tabular data, such as large sheets, to create real-time inventory agents for your online store.

-Customizable Messaging Styles: Tailor agent responses to your preferred tone, from detailed to concise.

-Apology Removal Option: Choose to eliminate excessive apologies from agent responses.

-Agent Rate Management: Control the verbosity of your Agents with daily token limits, ensuring a balanced user experience.

-GPT-4 Turbo Integration: Dluxchat Agents now default to the powerful GPT-4 Turbo model.

-Personalized Agent Personalities: Define your Agent's behavior without limitations, allowing for fully customizable personalities.

-Emergencies: This feature is currently paused, but we may reintroduce it as a behavior option in the future.

-Embedded Contact Forms: Rest assured, we intend to revisit this with an emphasis on conversational forms.

For Existing Customers...

Your data has been securely migrated to the new system without any issues. Nevertheless, I suggest reviewing your existing data summaries. Given the enhancements to the system, a fresh import could significantly improve the accuracy and depth of your Agent's responses.

Our goal was to establish more coherent connections among our core components - Knowledge Hub, Agent, and Chatbot widget - laying the groundwork for future feature expansion.
