The traditional Knowledge Hub + Chatbot setup has been revamped. Now, every Agent is equipped with its own Knowledge Hub, seamlessly linkable to a Chatbot widget.
This updated integration promises a smoother and more intuitive user experience, enhancing the natural flow and usability of Dluxchat.
Prepare for an extensive yet thrilling array of enhancements:
-Agent Creation and Training: Introduce your new virtual team members. Customize their personalities, enrich them with knowledge, and seamlessly integrate them with Chatbot widgets.
-Real-Time Sync: Bid farewell to manual updates! Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Websites now synchronize automatically with your Agent's Knowledge Hub in real-time.
-Expanded Knowledge Hub Imports: Import Google Sheets, Videos, CSV files, and any DOC/DOCX files with ease.

-Emergencies: This feature is currently paused, but we may reintroduce it as a behavior option in the future.
-Embedded Contact Forms: Rest assured, we intend to revisit this with an emphasis on conversational forms.
Your data has been securely migrated to the new system without any issues. Nevertheless, I suggest reviewing your existing data summaries. Given the enhancements to the system, a fresh import could significantly improve the accuracy and depth of your Agent's responses.
Our goal was to establish more coherent connections among our core components - Knowledge Hub, Agent, and Chatbot widget - laying the groundwork for future feature expansion.
