The Greeting Editor is an incredible feature in Dluxchat that provides our widget with a warm and friendly introduction.

These are pre-written messages that your widget displays to your visitors when they initially arrive on your website. Pretty cool, isn't it? 😊

How to create a Greeting

To manage your greeting messages, you'll need to navigate to the Greeting Editor page.

On this page, you'll come across an "Add Message" button. Simply click on this button when you wish to introduce a new greeting to your widget's repertoire.

If there's a message that no longer aligns with your style, fret not! Just click on the trash icon next to that message, and it will be permanently removed.

Each input field here corresponds to a greeting message and can be styled with bold text, links, emojis, and more. You can customize your agent's greeting exactly as you wish. Pretty cool, huh? 😎

But wait! There's an important detail to note. Although our agent is quite smart, it won't be aware of these greeting messages. This means that these greetings won't impact how the agent responds to customer queries!
