Embedding your Agent to a Website

Embedding the Dluxchat chatbot onto your website or pages is incredibly simple with our Instant Embed feature.
Let me walk you through how it works!
1) Connecting your Website
The Instant Embed feature functions by linking your website to ours through the placement of a unique code in your website's footer/source. This process only needs to be done once.
To get started, navigate to the Instant Embed page and click on the "Connect a Website" button.
A modal will pop up, prompting you to input your website:
Enter your website in the provided field, then click the blue Continue button!
Afterward, the modal will refresh, providing you with your unique code:
Paste this code👆 into the footer of your website!
Next, click the "I have added the code" button.
Then, the modal will refresh once more, indicating that you need to verify the website:
2) Verifying the website
Now that you've added the code to your website's footer, it's time to verify!
Open the website containing the Dluxchat code in incognito mode and refresh it several times.
Afterward, you should notice the modal updating for the final time, confirming that the verification process is complete.
3) Showing the Widget
Once the verification is successful, refresh the Instant Embed page, and on the right side, you'll find your website listed!
Locate the dropdown labeled "In this website," and select the option: "Show in all pages" from the settings.
Next, click the "Apply" button located at the bottom right corner of the same page.
Your chatbot widget should now be visible on your website!
Troubleshooting
If your website isn't verifying:
Reconnect your website, ensuring to include or exclude "www".
Open your website from various browsers.
