At Dluxchat, we believe in mixing human touch with artificial intelligence to offer great client experiences. So, without further ado, let's get you started with your voyage at Dluxchat.

What is Dluxchat

At its core, Dluxchat is a platform meant to let businesses like yours be available for your consumers around the clock without manual involvement. We do this utilizing AI-powered agents.

Agents

An agent here refers to the AI operative that you establish within the platform. Think of it as your virtual employee or business representative.

Creating an agent is really easy and straightforward. Simply walk over to the My Agents page on the Dluxchat .

You will find the Create button at the top of the page.

Just like that, you've created your own AI agent.

However, this AI agent might not be well-versed in the specifics of your business, right? That's where the Knowledge Hub comes in.

Knowledge Hub

The Knowledge Hub serves as a feature within Dluxchat, enabling you to educate your agent on your business details. This allows the agent to utilize that knowledge to respond to inquiries and interact with your customers effectively. Pretty awesome, right? 😎

It's advisable to delve deeper into the knowledge hub to fully grasp its capabilities.

Chatbot Widget

The following step involves designing a chatbot widget, which serves as the visible representation of your agent on your website. Keep in mind, this chatbot is the interface your customers will engage with. Therefore, dedicate ample time to ensure its appearance and user experience are top-notch.

And here's the exciting part: crafting your chatbot widget is even simpler than setting up an agent.

Simply hit the Create button, link your agent to the chatbot widget, tailor it to your preferences, and you're all set!
