What is Real-time training

Hello! 😊 Real-time training is an amazing feature we offer at Answerly, aimed at keeping your agent knowledgeable and up-to-date.

The datasets below are capable of real-time updates:

• Website

• Google Sheet

• Google Doc

Example

Imagine integrating your frequently updated website as a dataset. Any modifications or updates you apply to the website will automatically be detected by Dluxchat, ensuring your agent stays in sync.

This ensures your agent remains informed about any new information without the need for manual updates.

Disabling real-time

If you prefer not to maintain real-time synchronization, there's no need to fret. We have a solution for that. During the process of adding your dataset, you can easily choose the "Do not sync" option from the dropdown menu.

This indicates that the agent will rely solely on the data present at the time the dataset is added and will not refresh it in real time.
