What is One-time training

One-time training is a feature that allows you to supply datasets to educate the agent on your business or specific subjects.

These are the standard dataset types you may recognize from any AI Agent creation platform:

  • Summary (Plain Text)

  • Webpage

  • YouTube Videos

  • PDF

  • Doc (Word Documents)

  • CSV (Tabular Documents)

You always have the opportunity to modify these datasets later on, particularly when there's new information you wish for the agent to learn.

Just hit the Edit button, and a dialog box will pop up requesting your input:

Difference between Real-time training

In contrast to real-time training, one-time training does not necessitate synchronization. Once you've uploaded the data (for example, a PDF file or a summary), there isn't an automatic sync process to update the information. Any updates would need to be manually made by editing the dataset.
